Leading - we see “leading” as what is in the customer’s mindset: When a customer thinks of buying a new device for hearing testing, he should think of “Interacoustics” as the primary brand. He will therefore look for a skilled distributor holding this brand. He will have easy access to identify and buy the product he needs. When buying the Interacoustics product he knows he is on the safe side!
Diagnostic - describes that we deliver test equipment for diagnosing hearing and fitting of hearing aids. We deliver the best “tools” and the professionals (ENT´s, audiologists, HA professionals etc.) use our tools to perform the most effective and reliable diagnosis to the benefit of their clients.
Solutions - we prefer the wording “solutions” for our services and supplies. During the years we have seen our products partly shifting from self containing units to software based products, accessories, service, training, and documentation. We think of our distributors as suppliers of solutions to end users. And in all areas we try to meet the highest expectations.
